We recommend contacting your nearest stockist for all pricing information. Please note that rush orders and other special requirements may incur additional charges.

There are many factors that can influence order times but as a general guide standard pre-orders can take up to 18 weeks to arrive. In many cases a rush service is available, however, we recommend contacting your nearest stockist for more information on delivery timeframes.

As all of our retailers individually select which styles they want to carry it may not always be possible to try on your dream dress- or even see it in person before ordering. We recommend contacting your nearest boutique to check if your favourite styles are available in store.

Can’t find the style you are looking for? We aim to provide as much detail as possible on our website to help you choose. Take a look through the photos and videos to see the fit and movement up close and personal!

Unfortunately our team aren't able to look up exactly which store has a particular dress in stock. We recommend contacting the stores in your area to help get you started on the ordering process!

We know that it’s important that your dresses are well cared for. So to take care of your dresses and ensure you can wear them again we recommend: 

• Hand washing as an alternative to machine wash
• Using a mild detergent and cold water
• And hanging to dry in the shade 

We do not offer customisation services. However, you can check with your local stockist or boutique, and they can help you find a seamstress that can assist you with alterations.

We are more than happy to supply material for alterations if you wish to alter your bridal wear.
